AMQ was established with a mission to provide quality, reliable services that are tailored to the requirements of our clients. While there are common elements of effective practice in our fields of focus - incident management, situational awareness and intelligence capability - AMQ understands one size does not fit all, and the specific needs of organisations demand bespoke services.
AMQ believes in quality over quantity, and this belief drives our practical and personal approach.
At the core of our service offerings is the knowledge that effective incident management and intelligence capabilities require effective processes, trained behaviours and team cohesion. These can be achieved through expert advice, training and consistent application.
AMQ is not a sector-specific service provider, and have experience assisting medium and large organisations such as education providers, charities and for-purpose organisations, public venues, government departments, manufacturers and health service organisations.

Our Director
Andy McQuestin is the Managing Director and lead consultant for AMQ. Andy utilises his extensive experience in operational leadership, intelligence and crisis management to develop quality services for our clients.
A highly adaptable operations and strategy leader, Andy has been entrusted by organisations in a range of sectors to solve complex problems and drive rapid process change.
In addition to his extensive incident management and leadership experience, Andy possesses qualifications in Business Administration, Education and Terrorism, Safety and Security.
